Refund policy
All sales on Oceanside Glass™ products are final as this product is made to order.
The buyer or buyer’s representative is responsible for determining the acceptability of the product prior to use. Oceanside Glasstile is a hand-made, artistic product; variation in color, shade, tone and size is normal. In many cases, there will be folds, wrinkles and bubbles in the glass. These characteristics are inherent to the manufacturing process and should be expected. Upon delivery open and inspect each piece.
Please be aware – due to the handmade nature of Oceanside Glass & Tile products, add on orders may not match previously placed orders. Shade/color variation is a possibility with all Oceanside Glass & Tile colors.
It is the client's responsibility to accept delivery and verify accuracy of the shipment. The client is responsible for inspecting deliveries within 5 business days of delivery for damages, shortages, finish and color. All claims for damage and/or shortage must be reported within 5 business days of the delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If any glass is damaged and needs to be replaced, Oceanside Glass & Tile will replace the exact glass that was ordered once it is inspected within 5 days of arrival, or issue the appropriate credit equal to the value of the purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make a claim, send us an email to artglass@glasstile.com.
All merchandise sales are final.
Our posters, apparel, stickers, and other merchandise are made to order and fulfilled through a third-party production partner. Because each item is custom produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

- Confirm your shipping address and order details at checkout
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items Include
- Posters and prints
- Apparel (shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.)
- Stickers and accessories
- Any made-to-order or limited-run merchandise
